Careers at ABA

**We are currently seeking a Teacher and Classroom Aide(s) at our Coolidge Campus, as well as a Therapist for our Chandler Campus.  Please follow the links below to learn more about each position.  We are always happy review other resumes, however these positions are our priorities. 

Classroom Aide
The Classroom Aide provides direct support of educational and behavioral goals, while working under the direction of the teacher. The Classroom Aide provides small group supports, behavioral feedback, student supervision, and classroom management to students on campus.

Behavior Coach
The Behavior Coach is a dedicated campus support to students in need of emotional/social/and behavioral interventions. The Behavior Coach supports students through problem-solving based discussions and interventions. The role of the Behavior Coach is essential to our team. Effective Behavior Coaches are good communicators, patient, flexible, and self-confident.

Special Education Teacher
Our Special Education Teachers provide instructional programming for a defined group of students. They provide IEP Case Management, maintain compliant student records, and foster relationships with the families. Special Education Teachers are our classroom leaders and core Team Members. Our Special Education Teachers are required to be certified or eligible for certification in the State of Arizona in one or more of the following areas: Cross Categorical Special Ed, ED, or MR.

School Therapist
Each of the ABA School Sites has dedicated access to a School Therapist. The School Therapist provides IEP Counseling as well as small group, classroom level supports, and programming. School Therapists work with the Behavior Coaches and the Team to design and implement therapeutic interventions and supports for students. Licensure through the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (in the State of Arizona) is required, though ABA also supports the training of Clinical Interns through co-placement with Licensed School Therapists.

Campus Administrator
The Campus Administrator is the administrative lead for each of the school sites. The Campus Administrator acts as the liaison for the home school districts, coordinates student placements, maintains programmatic compliance and quality, and is the Site Supervisor for the Educational Staff at each campus.

Related-Service Providers
Related-Service Providers may include Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and/or Physical Therapists. As an organization solely focused on the provision of Special Education and Related-Services, ABA is always recruiting the best and brightest in the field.
