CBHSP Arizona, Inc. dba Academic Behavioral Alternatives (ABA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cenpatico Behavioral Health, LLC (Cenpatico), headquartered in Austin, Texas. Cenpatico is a wholly-owned entity of CenCorp Health Solutions™ (CenCorp), headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. CenCorp is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation® (Centene), headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.

ABA utilizes the resources of both Cenpatico and Centene in delivering services. The long-term strength of Centene and Cenpatico ensure a solid financial foundation for ABA. The combination of expertise among the companies - education, behavioral health, and healthcare management - provides districts with added dimensions and perspectives for innovation and service delivery.

ABA is approved by the State of Arizona to provide private special education day programming and related-services for the following student populations: Autistic (A), Emotionally Disabled (ED), Mild Mental Retardation (MIMR), Moderate Mental Retardation (MOMR), Multiple Disabilities (MD), Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), and Other Health Impairments (OHI). We are entering our 16th year of providing Special Education Services here in Arizona, and have demonstrated success in providing high quality, individualized and effective supports and services to students with special needs.
